Library Circulation Services

Library circulation services are library services related to the borrowing, returning, renewal, and management of library materials borrowed by library users. Members of the Trilogi University Library are allowed to borrow library materials for home use as follows:

1. Students: 3 titles (3 copies) for 2 weeks.

2. Full-Time Trilogi Lecturer: 5 titles (5 copies) for 1 semester (for teaching purposes only).

3. Part-Time Lecturer: 3 titles (3 copies) for 1 month.

4. Full-Time Non-Lecturer Employees: 2 titles (2 copies) for 2 weeks.

5. Alumni: 2 titles (2 copies) for 2 weeks.

Members may renew their loan period once, for an additional 1 week, provided that the item has not been reserved by another library user. Faculty members who borrow books for teaching purposes are not allowed to renew their loans.

Fines and Penalties

A late return fine of IDR 2,000 per day is charged for overdue books. Lost books must be replaced with the same book or paid for at twice the original price of the book and A fee will be charged for lost locker/bag deposit numbers.
